1) Agreement to These Terms

2) The Services

AI Mastery Academy provides online learning programs and educational content intended to help learners build practical AI skills through self-paced lessons, quizzes, projects, and certificates (where offered). Features described on the site may include items such as quizzes requiring a passing score to advance, hands-on projects, certificates, and lifetime access to purchased materials (as stated at the time of purchase).

3) Eligibility

4) Accounts and Access

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support to resolve the issue, we may suspend your access while the dispute is investigated.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Mastery Academy from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
